I was served by Zori who provided excellent service. She recommended three drinks and helped me to narrow my choice down to the Nuttylatte Deluxe. She was very friendly and helpful and a real credit to the store. The Nuttylatte Deluxe was definitely the right choice. I wanted something which was not too heavy and it was the right mix of something which was easy to drink but also a nice treat before dinner. Yes, the drinks are more expensive than the nearby chains, but it was worth the money. The store itself is also a very nice place to enjoy a coffee. The decor is beautiful and the seating is very comfortable. You really feel that you are in a high quality Italian cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return to Lavazza to try the other drinks which Zori recommended. The Tiramisu Latte sounds especially appealing. ”
